AVPTI Library was established in the year 1948. Since then the library has made consistent progress in terms of collection of books, periodicals, CDs, E-resources, services and has provided Infrastructure This library is situated at first floor of LRUC building. Our Institute has always been active in improving the library facility. the library has a membership of the National Digital Library (NDL). Including e-books, journal articles, video lectures etc. The reading room of the library has a total seating capacity of 50 students at a time We also use soul 2.0 software to Issue and Return Books.
Library Opening hours (Issue & Return of books)
Monday to Friday and working Saturday timings: 10:30 AM to 6.10 PM Sunday and public holiday remain closed.
Book Lending: Books are issued for the home reading to the library users. This privilege is given to the following categories of users.
- UG Student :- 2 Books at a time for 15 Days
- Faculty :-10 Books at a time for 6 Month (Per Semester)
- Non-Teaching Staff :- 2 Books at a time for 30 days
Total Library Area: 750 m2 & Total Reading Area : 430 m2
